Procedure 3.1.2(p). LTC Annual Budget Requests and Operating Budgets

Lanier Technical College will adhere to TCSG Policy 3.1.2 regarding the administration of the budget in accordance with Federal and State rules, regulations, and laws.

The local funds operating budget will be compiled by the Vice President for Administrative Services or his/her designee and presented to the President for determing the final budget based on department requests. This compiled budget will be reviewed, discussed and evaluated by the Vice Presidents and President. The President has final budget approval authority.

The Vice President for Administrative Services or his/her designee will monitor, administer and report as necessary the college's budget.
