Procedure 3.1.5(p). LTC Contract Management

Lanier Technical College will adhere to SBTCSG Policy 3.1.5.

The President or his/her designee will approve and sign all contracts (documents with terms and conditions) for goods and services. Administrative Services staff will submit all contracts in excess of $125,000 for State Board approval.

The President or his/her designee shall maintain a file of all contracts involving the technical college.

All contracts shall conform to the college's Basic Purchasing Procedure. A purchase order will be issued prior to the contract approval.
