4.4.4(p)1 Evaluation of Part-Time Hourly Employees

In accordance with SBTCSG Procedure 4.4.4p, Performance Management, Lanier Technical College conducts annual performance reviews of all employees. For part-time hourly employees, the procedure is as follows:

  1. Supervisors or their designee are responsible for completing a performance evaluation on each part-time hourly employee in their division annually.
  2. Performance evaluations must be acknowledged and signed by the employee and the supervisor or designee.
  3. Supervisors or their designee must document evaluation conversations that have taken place with an employee who has refused to sign the evaluation.
