4.4.4(p)1 Evaluation of Part-Time Hourly Employees

In accordance with SBTCSG Procedure 4.4.4p, Performance Management, Lanier Technical College conducts annual performance reviews of all employees. For part-time hourly employees, the procedure is as follows:
- Supervisors or their designee are responsible for completing a performance evaluation on each part-time hourly employee in their division annually.
- Performance evaluations must be acknowledged and signed by the employee and the supervisor or designee.
- Supervisors or their designee must document evaluation conversations that have taken place with an employee who has refused to sign the evaluation.
