Student Account Change 2023

Starting December 18th, all students will need to set a new password!

 

While this change is being implemented your student e-mail will be inaccessible from December 11th – December 18th. During this time:

 

  • New Email System: Student email accounts will transition to a new email system, still Microsoft-based so it will look and act the same.
  • Email Addresses: Your email addresses will remain the same, but you will get a new inbox that will initially contain ONLY email from December 11th and forward.
  • New Password: You will need to set a new password on or after December 18th, 2023. Details to be released on December 18th, 2023.
  • Data Migration: Old emails and files in OneDrive will not be migrated.
  • Access to Old Email Inbox: Access to the old email system, including old emails and files, will be possible until June 2024 via a special login procedure which will be made available on December 18th, 2023. You can choose to forward old emails (to your new LTC account or other email) and download files starting December 18th, 2023 until June 30, 2024.

 

Please ensure that you are NOT using your Lanier Tech email for personal use (banking, Amazon/other accounts).  If you are doing so, please transfer those services to a personal email service (such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook.com, etc.).
